Although the Ministry of Education in Syria has forced all teachers newly appointed to sign a pledge to teach outside their home provinces for five years .....

It was acceptable when the security situation was calm and stable .....

That was out of law paper .... But it was OK when every thing was good ......

But now with the very dangerous situations .......

The government refuses to transfer not only teachers who spend 3 years out of their provinces .... But also the teachers who is now passing their sixth year out of their provinces .....

Although the Syrian government has recently changed nearly every
law in Syria but it still insists on keeping the law of the service outside the province for five years at least .....

And became almost clear that the Syrian government are doing so to keep many of whom it considers them to be its political opponents who are working as teaching ..... to keep them outside the their provinces as long as possible ......

And especially in light of the current poor security conditions ..... Perhaps in the hope that the arm groups would attack them .....

Some of them already has been subjected to abduction attempts of questionable goals ..... And forced many of those teachers to stay in their homes without work and without income ..... Especially that the Ministry of Education refused to transfer them to their home provinces even with the many abduction attempts many of them had suffered from ......!!!!!

And the funny thing is .... Despite the claims made by the Syrian government about the presence of gunmen from the Islamic Sunni extremist groups and targeting certain communities Alawites and others ......

But they still insist on the appointment of Alawite teachers in the heart of the hot spots, home of the extremest Sunni Muslims armed groups ...... And force them either to go to teach their or to Being evicted or to sit at home without work and without income ..... with many of them having families and wives to feed and provide .... rents to pay ..... and Payments to due ......

This strange insist on the appointment of Alawite teachers in places filled with extremest Sunni Muslim gunmen and who declare openly that they are trying to targeted the Alawites...... is surprising ..... !!!!!!

It is as if if the government drives them to be killed or abducted or engendered ...... !!!!!!

Already dozens of Alawite teachers and others had suffered cases of murder, rape and kidnapping .....

These cases had been strongly kept in secret by the Syrian government and the Syrian ministry of education to continue to demand the teachers to teach in these areas on the pretext that it is not of any risk to these teachers ......

While at the same time the Syrian government was announcing to the whole world that these regions teeming with insurgents ..... And with that the Syrian government did not find a contradiction between what is declared to the world ..... And its declarations to the teachers .....

These risks had forced about 99% of the Alawite teachers to take leave without pay and stay in their homes without work and without income ......

Especially that the Alawite teacher are most of the Syrian teachers because most of them don't have any other income but to study and go to college ..... While Sunni Muslims mostly leaves schools at young ages and work in different Professions .....

While the government continues to refuse to transfer on the grounds that the teachers did not finish five years outside their provinces ..... Although they did not move, until recently, even those teachers who completed six years outside their provinces ..... !!!!!

Not only that , but teachers suffered a lot to get leaves without pay ...... The Syrian government are now refusing even to give these unpaid leaves .....

Finally and after a lot of rapes experienced by female Alawite school teachers in Sunni areas by extremest sunni Muslim armed groups ...... The Government issued a resolution allowing only female school teachers to transfer back to their home provinces ..... But only if the availability of the vacant ......This vacancy is what will allow the ministry of education to prevent any one it doesn't like from transferring due to lack of vacant ...... and this resolution therefore becomes useless .....

And with that, the male teachers are still sitting in their homes without a job ..... Because they were not included in this resolution .....

In light of the insistence of the Ministry of Education on assigning teachers in hot spots ..... especially the Alawites of them ..... Whom it mostly assign them in the areas of extremest Sunni Muslims armed groups , and force them to choose between , the risk of killing or kidnapping by assinging them in schools in such reas ...... Or between sitting without work and without income ..... In a country where you can hardly find any work ..... Andon times of high prices ....

But while the Government claimed that the Syrian Ministry of Education refuses to transfer teachers on the pretext that they have not completed five years in remote provinces ..... In the same time there were dozens of cases of transport in secret to the children of officials and officers, and others either through the medium or by bribery ......

Those ones were taken directly to their home provinces in Lattakia and Tartous and other provinces ..... Though most of them are very recent appointment ..... Some of them even have been appointed in 2011 ..... While the government continues to refuse to transfer teachers recruited in 2008 or even in the year 2005 .....

They even ignored this problem , of the Alawite teachers whom are assigned in remote and dangerous provinces , in the Syrian media greatly ..... And claimed that this problem does not exist ......

These teachers are still suffering a lot from being appointed in places of danger .....

About a month ago, three male Alawite school teachers were abducted , These teachers are originally from the provinces of Lattakia and Tartous and appointed in a school in Deir Al-Zour ..... Were they were kidnapped from their school by extremist Sunni Muslims armed groups ..... Indeed, one of whom was taken out of his class room in front of his students while While he was giving them a lesson..... Then took them to an unknown destination ..... Where they later released a Sunni teacher was taken with them ..... While the three Alawite teachers were slaughtered And was cut them into pieces ...... Where their body parts were found lying on the side of distant road a few days later ..... !!!

As a result of this incident , all male and female Alawite teachers whom are appointed in the province of Deir al-Zour schools had left it and returned to their home provinces ..... Although the government and the Ministry of Education did not agree with that ..... !!!!!

Those school teachers are now sitting at home without work and without income ..... While the Syrian government and the Ministry of Education are still refusing to transfer them back to their home provinces ..... !!!!!

Not only that ..... Indeed, the Syrian media has fully ignored this event and other events, as well as the problems that the Alawite school teachers have had or some are still having ..... To claim that they did not happen ......

But the pressure that was made on government and the Syrian Media by those Alawite school teachers ..... about this deliberate ignoring of this Incident had accused some of this channels to mention the murder of these three teachers in the news for one time only in a report that lasted about thirty seconds .....

Not only that ..... there are many other similar incidents , one of them that happen about a year ago is about an Alawite female school teacher whom was appointed in a school in a Sunni remote province ..... In she was undressing from her clothes by some of the Sunni people there who works in corporation with extremest Sunni Muslims armed groups , This female school teacher was forced then to walk completely naked in the streets of that city ...... While the Sunni Muslims inhabitants of that city stood there watching here as if they were watching the circus ..... This Alawite female teacher was later raped and then killed by those armed groups .....

The Syrian government and the Ministry of Education remained silent on this news ... and kept it in secret ...

And if it was not for a person that witnessed the incident told us , may be no one have heard of this story .....

Even the Sunni people of that city are now denying this incident in order To try and improve the reputation of their city .....

The appointment of Alawite teachers in places inhabited by Islamic extremists armed groups is similar to claim U.S. citizenship teacher male or female to work as a teacher in a school in Fallujah ..... !!!!!

But the Minister of Education in Syria and the Syrian government insists on their appointment in places like this on the pretext that the Sunni Muslims people of those areas are going to protect these Alawite teachers .... ?!!!!

May be they will protect them as they protected these three Alawite school teachers who were slaughtered in that Deir al-Zour Sunni Muslims village school , when they where taken in front of every one in that village ... But no one had protected them .... Those people of that village even may reported them to the extremest Sunni Muslims armed groups ..... But in what crime ... ?!!! The crime of being a teacher ?!!! ...... or the crime of an Alawite ... ?!!!

May you don't not know that very tolerant and democratic Sunni Muslims are considering Alawites to be infidels ..... And consider the killing of them to be a religious duty ... So they allow killing them ...They allow the captivity and rape of their wives as sex slaves .... and they allow the steal of their money as spoils.... All of that are based on some fatwa issued by some of their elders for more than a thousand years... In which they consider
which is considered Alawites to be infidels and their to be beliefs in contrary to the beliefs of the Sunni Muslims ... !!!

But what is really happening is that the people of those areas are killing and raping and kidnapping , Alawites both male and female school teachers .....!!!!

Since the isolation of teachers from their pens, but ..... And assigns a lot of them in the villages of Mnaúah where there is no occurrence of the Army or security ..... In the appointment of Alaleuen of them in those areas have a high risk .....

And with that, but they told me to go to the same school for the time pending the approval of my vacation ..... And it may take two weeks or more ..... And if I go to my school, during which were deemed by virtue of resigning because of absence .....

But I insisted on not to leave an email sent ..... And I carry myself and I traveled four times in a row from one governorate to governorate to Damascus and then to maintain that I am certain to get the Ajaozatna as soon as possible before they take it disconnected .....

In that, as they told me in the ministry, the exposure to an attempted hijacking does not justify the absence ...... And considered absent without permission ....

And the neighboring village, even those that have requested to move the village because it is more secure ..... Has refused to take me to it despite the availability of vacancy in which ...... But they did not find anyone older me to put him in which a teacher ......
