Hundreds and hundreds of Alawite teachers ..... have been threatened with death .... if they Joined their schools ..... in the provinces in conflict , or in the provinces of Sunni majority taht they hade been appointed to teach at ........ by the ministry of education in Syria .....

And yet still the Syrian Ministry of Education refuses to transfer those who did not spend five years out of their home provinces, on the grounds that there are no vacancies for them .....

Although this is not true in many cases, becuase ther are tens or even hundreds of vacancies in their jurisdiction, and in their home provinces themselves, and even if this was true, the exceptional circumstances such as these, require a transfer , even if no vacancies are available to them .... .

While at the same time the transfering of dozens of staff in the Ministry of Education to thier home provinces, was going on secretly ..... among them, engineers, teachers in business schools, and even teachers of elementary schools , The only teachers who were excluded of this trasnfering were the teachers of middle schools and high schools on the grounds that they have not completed five years outside their provinces .....!!!!!!

The Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and in a short period has changed the Syrian constitution, and dozens of basic laws in Syria, but ..... As it seems ..... He insists on keeping the law of service for five years outside the home province for teachers only, for reasons that seem incomprehensible ..... !!!!!

While he gave the the permission for the transfering of tens of different professions, and he even allowed the transfering between province's colleges for college students Which was not allowed before trhat ..... However, he prevent teachers from this right ..... While he openly claim that the Minister of Education is the one who prevents this transfering due to the lack of vacancies ..... !!!!!

And even those teachers who had completed five years out of their homeland provinces , has been delayed transfering for more than two years, while exposing them at the same time to a lot of danger under false pretenses, until a recent decision to transfer them back to their homeland provinces had finally came out .....

This late decision which was preceded by the government as achieving the demands of transfering by the teachers, and this is a pure lie, because those teachers had to be transfered since two years, and now they have completed not only five years , but seven years outside their homeland provinces, and this is a natural right to them, and not an honor or a grant from the government.... And still thousands of teachers who didn't finish five years waiting outside ther homeland provinces for the permission to trnsfer them back to their homeland provinces ....

It is now become well known in Syria.... as we think..... that the decision of transfering teachers back to their homeland provinces is up to the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, whom had gave a secret orders to the Minister of Education in Syria to prevent those teachers from transfering , and argues that he seeks to prevent this trnsfering becuase he wants to prevent insularity and isolationism among the various religious and communities in in Syria .....!!!!!!

But in fact, tens of teachers who are childrens of officials and senior officers and others have been transferred secretly, through the medium or the payment of bribes ....

While thousands of other teachers was prevented publicly from that transferimg back to their home provinces due to a false reasons .... As we think .....

Though it is by this refusal of transfering them , and insisting on their appointment in these far and dangerous provinces they were threatened by attempts to kill or rapeor kidnap ... !!!

This is what happened to me myself, there was a try to kidnap me , in the school which I was appointed to teachat in some distant and dangerous province .....

I was at this school teaching a class of childrenstudents when gunmen attacked and surrounded the school while I was in it, and I came out of the classroom I was teaching at to find dozens of gunmen surrounding the school, and trying to take me as a hostage, and if it was nnot for the intervention mediation of some of the people of this village , maybe things have evolved differently

.... Luckily I was able to get out of this village with the help of some of the people of that village , but nevertheless the Ministry of Education refused to transfer me to my homeland provinces, or even to transfer me to a nearby safer village school , they even ordered me to return to teach in that same school, in that same village ...... !!!!! Not only that .....but I was also humiliated by officials of the Ministry of Education in that province, and ignored by officials of the Ministry of Education in Damascus, all of this had implanted doubts in me that the government in Syria was involved in that attempt to kidnap me ..... may be to get rid of me Or to prevent me from teaching or workuing ..... !!!!! .....

The options that is now available to those teachers now are : Firstly : To go to that away provines and be be killed or raped or kidnapped, or under this threat every moment of there teaching there .... Alone ....!!!!! Or secondly : to leave thei jobs in a country that experiencing very high rates of unemployment, and in where it is very hard to finda job ..... Any job..... .....

Which compelled me for example I, and thousands of teachers to take leave without pay and sit at home without work while the Ministry of Education refused to even consider my absence from my school becuase it is surrounded by armed men waiting me there to kidnap me as a justified absence ..... !!!!!

And I am sitting now out of work for more than six months, until now ..... As many of teachers are now !!!!! .....

The decision of transfering teachers back to their homeland provinces ..... remains .....as we think ...... in the hands of the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, while the Minister of Education is only an interface .....

What we thinks ..... is .....that ..... the President of Syria Bashar al-Assad prevents the transfer of teachers, because there are a number of teachers opposing his policies among those of teachers appointed outside their homeland provinces .....

TheSyrian President ..... as we think ..... tries to prevent them from transporting back to their homeland provinces, and to keep them in places far from their provinces, and in danger ..... And where they could be killed or kidnapped ...

especially for those teachers whom are Alawites .....

And perhaps ..... as we think this ..... is what the government hopes, as well asand others ...
